At Protolabs Network (formerly Hubs), Nixon led a critical integration project that streamlined the merging process with Protolabs US, facilitating the official launch of the unified platform. He built and guided a high-performing team, delivering the project on time and enhancing system reliability and performance.

During his tenure at Pathao in Bangladesh, Nixon was instrumental in expanding Pathao Food into Nepal amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring continuity and growth under challenging circumstances. His optimization of delivery systems significantly improved user experiences and operational efficiency.

As Chief Technology Officer at ST Solutions, Nixon built and led high-performing teams, delivering innovative solutions for client-specific projects. His expertise in architecting scalable infrastructures and microservices has consistently driven organizational success and technological innovation.

In addition to his professional roles, Nixon enjoys mentoring startups, helping them grow and navigate technical challenges. This passion allows him to share his extensive knowledge and experience, fostering innovation and success in the startup community.
