Responsible for leading the design of TRACT’s platform, focusing on creating user-centric and intuitive UX/UI solutions. Natalia manages the entire design process, from concept through execution, ensuring that the products align with user needs and business objectives.
With nearly a decade of experience, Natalia is a highly skilled Product Designer specifically focusing on digital products and UX/UI for the last four years. She has worked on both physical and digital product development, giving her a unique understanding of complex and multi-layered design processes. Natalia is passionate about user-centered design, understanding user needs and generating intuitive and engaging solutions.
Natalia has previously worked at Perficient, a global digital consultancy, where she led the UX/UI design process of various projects for high-profile clients like Cargill. Her role required her to guide the design vision and user experience for different sustainability focused products and aimed at aligning product innovation with user needs to create compelling solutions for the agri-industry.
