About the Job

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at TRACT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, design, and implementation of our insights platform. Leveraging your expertise in both frontend and backend development, you will lead technical projects and contribute directly to scalable, reliable, and intuitive solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into efficient and maintainable code, optimizing performance and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and solutions that are shaping the future of agriculture and food sustainability.  

 

About You 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent. Master's degree is a plus; 

  • Over 5 years in industry, with 2+ years as a senior engineer; 

  • You have a strong proficiency in Python and React with TypeScript. Additionally, our tech stack consists of FastAPI, PostgreSQL and BigQuery; 

  • You have deep understanding of design principles and architectural patterns; 

  • You’re an effective communicator and mentor, able to lead and collaborate within teams; 

  • You’re familiar with agile development approaches;

  • Continuous learning and personal development is something you’re passionate about.
